Ques. 1. Can I book tickets in advance by registering on this website ?
Ans: Yes, You have to first go to Home page and click on Signup and get yourself registered. On successful registration you will receive a message on your mobile.
Ques. 2. I have registered successfully but I have not received message on my mobile?
Ans: Make sure that you have entered a correct mobile number. If you have not received message on your mobile then you have to register again by using a different login username and password.
Ques. 3. Can I cancel a ticket after my booking is confirmed?
Ans: No, tickets booked cannot be cancelled. Tickets can only be cancelled due to the operational reasons of planetarium.
Ques. 4. What will happen if mistakenly my ticket printout is misplaced?
Ans: You could again print your ticket by logging in our website by using your login username and password received in message on your mobile phone.
Ques. 5. What is the difference between Ticket and Provisional Ticket?
Ans: Provisional Ticket is issued when the discount is given to some category of visitor. Visitor shall have to bring the required document at the time of show.
Ques. 6. Can I book tickets as Group?
Ans: Individual person cannot book tickets in Group. One ticket in Organised Groups is not allowed. The number of tickets for organised groups are fixed and each group shall have to book the minimum number of tickets for booking.
